Solution Architect

Overview

We seek a Solution Architect proficient in converting business requirements into effective ICT solution architectures, ensuring consistency with the organization’s overarching goals and digital strategy. This position serves as a critical link between business needs and technological capabilities, significantly influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, and clients to collect and comprehend system/application requirements.
• Assess business needs and design technical solutions encompassing infrastructure architecture, data flow, and system integrations.
• Research and select technologies, platforms, and tools that align with project goals and the digital strategy.
• Create cost models to support various business functions.
• Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations to validate feasibility and identify potential issues early in the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Recognize risks and challenges associated with architecture, security, performance, or scalability.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation detailing architecture, design choices, and implementation guidelines.
• Analyze solution performance and implement adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
• Support project managers in estimating timelines, dependencies, and budgetary requirements.

The Candidate

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design.
• Experience in delivering solutions for trading systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions across various domains, showcasing a robust generalist skill set.
• Proficient in utilizing the Lean IX tool.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting solutions and key concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
