Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend systems using Django and Python, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Build intuitive, responsive front-end components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and data scientists—to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
Design and implement efficient APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug complex applications to maintain product excellence.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience across devices.
Contribute to architectural and design discussions, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with knowledge of best practices.
Expertise in backend development using Django and frontend development using React.
Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web services and web applications.
Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Redis, including schema design and optimization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud deployments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
