Position Overview

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / 10+3 Diploma

- Experience Requirement: 6 months to 4 years

- Relevant Experience: IT Service Desk / International Technical Support – Voice Process

- Compensation: 5–5.5 LPA + Shift Allowance

- Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts

- Days Off: 2 Rotational Offs

- Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility

- Age Restriction: Up to 30 years

Essential Skills

- Exceptional English communication skills are essential.

- Prior experience in IT Service Desk or International Technical Support Voice Process is required.

- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong customer service focus and communication skills.

Additional Considerations

- Preference for immediate joiners.

- Work from Office (WFO) is mandatory.
