Job Title: Customer Experience Associate – Voice Process

Location: Bellandur & Kengeri, Bangalore

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Description:

- Handle customer queries through voice calls.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

- Communicate effectively in English.

Salary:

- Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 night shift allowance + incentives

- Experienced: 28,000 + 4,000 night shift allowance + incentives

Work Details:

- Process: Customer Experience (Voice Process)

- Shift: US rotational shifts

- Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs

- Cab Facility: One-way cab available between 8 PM and 8 AM

- Age Limit: Up to 36 years

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

- Vaccination: Two doses mandatory
