Full stack Developer

- Proficiency in Backend Technologies such as ExpressJS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and various AWS Services

- 5 to 8+ years of experience in backend development; familiarity with front-end development is advantageous.

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Solid grasp of essential UI/UX design principles

- Good exposure to modern technologies, including NodeJS, ReactJS, and cloud architecture

- Comprehensive understanding of data structures and algorithms

- Committed to producing quality and testable code through planning, documentation, adherence to coding standards, unit testing, and integration testing

- Proficient in Git

- Must possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience with seamless CI/CD processes to facilitate one-click deployment

- Extensive experience with Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum

- Capable of leading all SCRUM ceremonies

- Enthusiastic about generating innovative ideas and methods for demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvement

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, with experience in multicultural settings
