•          Evaluate business requirements and convert them into practical solutions tailored for Oracle FLEXCUBE.

•          Develop and implement solutions across essential banking modules, including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges (IC), and Liquidity Management.

•          Oversee and facilitate upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and associated functional impact assessments for FLEXCUBE 14.x.

•          Address requirements related to FLEXCUBE Core, CASA, IC, and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM), including CEMLI-related tasks.

•          Draft functional specifications, solution documents, process flows, configuration requirements, and impact analysis documentation.

•          Collaborate closely with technical teams on CEMLI development, customization, configuration, and functional validation.

•          Design and verify integration solutions with both upstream and downstream applications, ATM/POS switches, payment systems, and gateway interfaces.

•          Engage in comprehensive FLEXCUBE implementation projects, from requirement gathering and gap analysis to configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support.

•          Assist in SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and production validation activities.

•          Investigate functional defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development and technical teams for resolutions.

•          Deliver L2/L3 functional support and aid with production incidents, enhancements, and business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.

•          Work in coordination with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of functional requirements and project milestones. EXP 7 + YRS
