Financial Services Management Consultant

Job Description:

• A minimum of 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in management consulting or direct advisory roles
• Expertise in business technology or operational transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector, specifically in Banking, Capital Markets
• Payments or Risk Compliance
• Possession of a full-time MBA from a prestigious business school; CA qualification is an advantage
• Previous consulting experience with leading consulting firms is highly desirable
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs and change management efforts
• Demonstrated proficiency in engaging with client executives and business and IT stakeholders in a consultative environment
• Ability to showcase thought leadership, with a talent for conceptualizing and launching innovative service solutions
• Able to operate effectively within a cross-cultural team, displaying flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead our most significant projects, collaborating closely with diverse teams from Infosys and clients to ensure successful results
• Your role will also include contributing to branding, thought leadership, practice development, and knowledge management initiatives to deliver valuable consulting services that address the evolving needs of our clients in the global landscape
• You will be responsible for coordinating sales proposal preparations and overseeing engagement delivery efforts

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in commercial banking, core banking transformation, corporate banking, lending, mortgages, mobile banking, retail banking, and trade finance
• Familiarity with investment banking, market infrastructure, private banking, retirement services, and asset and wealth management

Additional Responsibilities:

• An MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 institution is essential
• The location of the position will depend on business needs
