Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end financial closing processes, reporting, and performance assessment.
• Assist in the development of budgets, quarterly forecasting, and capital expenditure reviews.
• Generate business cases, profitability analyses, dashboards, and reports for executives.
• Examine variances and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Enhance reporting procedures and contribute to organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of finance experience, ideally within the telecommunications, broadband, or similar sectors.
• Robust accounting knowledge complemented by advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with accounting IT systems; experience with SAP/BW and financial modeling is advantageous.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking.
