Finance & Administration Delivery Manager - Procure to Pay (Japanese Bilingual)

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring every function produces accurate, timely, and compliant outputs.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Own and report SLA and KPI performance, detect gaps early, and drive corrective action before issues escalate.
• Serve as the final escalation resource for complex issues covering procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, and finance systems.
• Build and develop your team—from analysts to senior subject matter experts—through coaching, performance reviews, and structured development plans.
• Provide clear and concise operational reporting to Senior Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule.
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Ensure all operations align with internal audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements—a requirement that is non-negotiable in the medical industry.
• Act as the primary contact for internal business partners, finance controllers, IT teams, and external vendors regarding operational matters.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and consistently high-quality service delivery across all teams.
• Assist with transition, training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
• Produce operational reports, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvement actions.
  
  

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 6+ Years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Shared Services or BPO
• 1-3 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Highly driven individual who can work independently toward agreed targets and goals.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and contribute to change management initiatives.
• Proven interpersonal skills, while supporting team success by delivering related results as needed.
• Commitment to improving technical skills through attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana
• Spoken and written knowledge in Japanese is mandatory with JLPT N2 and above
