Key Responsibilities

• Execute root cause analysis on product defects and failures through various analytical methods.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to identify failure mechanisms and suggest enhancements.
• Draft technical reports and assist in ongoing improvement efforts for product reliability.
• Conduct inspections and analytical testing in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Communicate with customers and external partners regarding product analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Formulate repair procedures and compile monthly reports on failure analysis findings.
• Keep analysis equipment and tools in optimal working order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a Diploma in a related discipline with 3 years of pertinent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of electronics troubleshooting and strong analytical abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Skilled in planning, organizing tasks, and prioritizing workload efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, and process enhancements is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
