Executive, HR (Talent Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Divisions to address workforce requirements
• Design, implement, and assess strategies for talent attraction and recruitment
• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Administer and strive to improve a smooth onboarding experience, equipping new hires with vital information and resources
• Prepare Appointment Letters and other HR documents with precision and confidentiality
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding recruitment activities
• Organize and engage in recruitment initiatives such as Career Fairs, Walk-in Interviews, and Virtual Interviews
• Monitor, track, and generate reports on various recruitment metrics, statistics, and strategies
• Review and refine relevant HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and circulars
• Participate in HR projects, recruitment, and retention strategies
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and manage funding issues
• Ensure accurate documentation of employment term changes, including transfers, redesignations, redeployments, salary adjustments, and employment type conversions
• Oversee employee confirmations, contract renewals, and exit procedures
• Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on various HR issues
• Keep abreast of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices

Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor Degree
• Experience: Ideally, 2 years of HR-related experience or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize various tasks
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach

• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team
