Electrical & ELV Technical Specialist

Position Summary
Spearhead the technical execution of electrical and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems for advanced facility projects, overseeing all phases from design to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish technical specifications and evaluate electrical/ELV designs, power system analyses, and any design modifications.
• Offer specialized knowledge in high voltage/low voltage distribution, power quality, protection coordination, and emergency power systems.
• Supervise facility monitoring systems, fire alarm setups, security measures, and communication networks.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and assist in procurement, commissioning, and the operational transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data center, or comparable high-tech facility projects.
• Proficient experience in all stages including design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Robust understanding of electrical infrastructure, ELV systems, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• PE registration, LEW certification, and experience with BIM are considered advantageous.
