Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will play a vital part in various stages of projects, which encompass problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• You will investigate alternatives to recommended solutions through comprehensive research, including literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
• Additionally, you will develop proof of concepts (POCs).
• Your responsibilities include crafting requirement specifications from business needs, outlining future processes, and detailing functional designs based on those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements within products, diagnosing any issues that arise, determining root causes, seeking necessary clarifications, and identifying and shortlisting potential solution alternatives.
• Moreover, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills include Microsoft Technologies, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE.
• Preferred skills encompass Microsoft Technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Power Platform.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by analyzing, refining, and structuring relevant data.
• Knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a talent for collaboration.
• Capability to evaluate existing processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and propose technology solutions.
• Familiarity with one or two industry domains.
