What you'll do

• Shape transformation stories: convert business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations, and persuasive narratives.
• Lead client conversations: facilitate workshops, document insights, and transform discussions into visual storylines and decision-ready decks.
• Design the future state: assess current journeys, pinpoint friction points, and develop blueprints for new digital or AI-powered services.
• Collaborate to deliver: work with designers, engineers, and change leaders to turn concepts into prototypes and pilots.
• Communicate with impact: create CxO-level presentations that bring together visuals, logic, and clear messaging.

You bring analytical excellence and storytelling capability. You’re comfortable working directly with clients, asking the right questions, untangling complex problems, and sharing your thinking through visual materials with confidence.

You likely have:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, Product management or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.
• Strong business analysis and facilitation skills  across journey mapping and service blueprinting to agile requirements definition.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and produce high-impact decks (e.g., strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills, with the ability to link data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
• Experience working with or alongside technology (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), with a core strength in explaining why it matters.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confidence when presenting, and strong storytelling.
