Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive AI Engineer to create, implement, and manage enterprise-level Generative AI applications, autonomous AI agents, and smart workflow automations.

In this position, you will integrate agentic frameworks with low-code orchestration utilizing n8n, develop high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and take advantage of contemporary developer tools like Claude Code to expedite AI deployment throughout our enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent & RAG Engineering: Design and implement intelligent AI agents that incorporate multi-step reasoning, tool utilization, memory systems, and comprehensive RAG pipelines supported by vector databases.
• Workflow Automation & Orchestration: Develop, maintain, and enhance multi-step AI workflows within n8n (self-hosted), including the creation of custom nodes and sophisticated error management.
• Enterprise API Integration: Create reusable AI services and connect LLM solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and tailored middleware.
• Model Inference & Optimization: Collaborate with Hugging Face models, focusing on fine-tuning, embeddings, and tokenization to enhance model performance and contextual effectiveness.
• Architecture & Deployment: Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to prototype, deploy, and scale enterprise-level AI solutions in Linux CLI environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have AI & Automation Skills

• AI Tooling & Coding: Practical experience with Claude Code, Hugging Face models, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Workflow Orchestration: Extensive experience with n8n (self-hosted)—complex workflows, custom node creation, and error handling.
• AI Agents & RAG: Hands-on experience in developing autonomous agents (tools + memory + reasoning) and RAG frameworks utilizing vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar).
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript.

Foundational & Technical Requirements

• AI/ML Fundamentals: Strong understanding of model inference, embeddings, tokenization, and fine-tuning principles.
• APIs & Security: In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, OAuth, and API key authentication.
• Environment: Experienced in working within Linux environments and CLI-driven development processes.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, debugging abilities, and a problem-solving approach.
