In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner directly with the Product Owner to understand application and automation requirements, and collaborate with technical coworkers to deliver scalable, flexible designs and solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions to consistently enhance internal customer productivity
- Plan and deliver work in sprints/iterations in alignment with Scrum/Agile principles
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and System Demos
- Evaluate, analyze, and mitigate issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases
- Compare objectives against actual outcomes and apply required fixes or enhancements based on UAT results
- Create and obtain approval for UAT plans (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close collaboration with the PO
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency
- Review and implement team best practices to maximize system/application potential
- Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to strengthen knowledge, build capabilities, and uncover innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and recommend actionable improvements and/or workarounds that can be implemented immediately or planned for upcoming PIs
- Document all technical deliverables, including user manuals, technical specifications, and best practices
- Follow Power Platform governance and ALM

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 4-year experience on applications development on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Strong hands-on experience & expertise using Power Automate and PowerApps
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Out of Box features such as SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Content Types, Document Sets, Master Pages, Permissions Management
- Experience working in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries
- Experience working in an ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework
- Proactive individual contributor & team player
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery
- Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies are added advantages
- Nice to have Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
