Forgerock Developers

We are seeking a ForgeRock Developer to create, develop, and deploy Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing the ForgeRock Identity Platform. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in access management, identity governance, authentication processes, and API security, coupled with robust development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions utilizing ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS, IG) or PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
• Collaborate with application development teams to integrate CIAM functionalities such as authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
• Set up and oversee SSO, federation, MFA, and risk-based authentication utilizing SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Create and manage IAM workflows, access policies, and governance rules, with an emphasis on automation.
• Implement progressive profiling, consent management, and customer identity flows.
• Conduct daily monitoring and troubleshooting of CIAM platforms using tools like ELK and Dynatrace.
• Analyze and resolve authentication, authorization, and identity-related challenges across applications.
• Support CIAM infrastructure operations, focusing on clustering, high availability, and performance optimization.
• Engage in architecture, design, and enhancement discussions for the CIAM strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate current implementations and recommend enhancements for security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity synchronization tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audit readiness, and proper documentation as per organizational guidelines.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard customer identities and sensitive information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and partners during integration processes and issue resolution.
• Provide after-hours or weekend support for planned maintenance and production incidents as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical runbooks.

Experience required:

• Candidates should have substantial experience in ForgeRock development or roles as a ForgeRock developer specializing in CIAM.
