Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your capacity within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to support various phases of the project, which include defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, as well as designing and deploying those solutions.
• You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions through research that encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, and more.
• Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Your role will involve creating requirement specifications derived from business needs, outlining the desired processes, and producing detailed functional designs corresponding to those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnose any issues that arise, determine their root causes, seek necessary clarifications, and identify potential solution alternatives.
• Moreover, you will participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle Product Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience in developing MDM strategies and executing them for medium to large enterprises implementing MDM
• A client-facing role for at least 2 years, specifically in a consulting capacity related to Product MDM
• Proficient in leading requirements workshops and recommending appropriate data models for product master data
• Ability to apply best practices and insights gained from previous MDM projects, particularly in the Product MDM domain
• Support the overall MDM strategy and approach, particularly concerning ITEM Bill of Materials Master Data Management
• Facilitate the connection between supply chain management (SCM) system process design and the Master Data Management requirements
• Collaborate closely with the SCM team to inform the data management team about necessary tasks and governance in MDM
• This collaboration ensures that both teams progress in unison.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a collaborative approach
• Knowledge in two or three industry domains
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the associated pricing models
• Strong client interfacing abilities
• Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience in project and team management
