Order Management Specialist

Primary Duties

• Oversee the processing of orders, including modifications, holds, and renewals.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Guarantee precise order processing, invoicing, and billing operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality standards.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Adhere to process SLAs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with O2C and Order Management procedures.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Openness to working from the office and participating in rotational/night shifts.
