Desktop Support Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (Renewable)
Work Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Nationality: Singaporean / SPR/ Malaysian

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic troubleshooting assistance via phone/email and in-person for technical issues concerning desktop/network and hardware
• Document issues and ensure timely follow-up until resolution
• Offer technical guidance on the functional features of hardware/software peripherals
• Provide on-site support to office users to address technical challenges with their devices
• Collaborate with the Systems team to assist with end-user deployment projects as required

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Taiwanese colleagues and compose simple emails in Chinese
• Possess a Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Capable of working in a Clean Room environment, as some systems are located there
• Proficient in providing support for desktop hardware and software issues
