• a) Create, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to present essential metrics, AI model outputs, and operational KPIs for stakeholders.
• b) Enhance dashboard functionality and user experience, ensuring real-time data updates, intuitive navigation, and adaptive layouts.
• c) Facilitate self-service analytics by supplying training resources, documentation, or even ChatBI.

Business Support & Opportunity Discovery

• a) Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders (including sales, operations, marketing), collecting detailed research inquiries and converting them into analytical projects.
• b) Produce clear, data-driven reports and presentations that inform decision-making.
• c) Leverage exploratory analysis to identify new business opportunities and propose strategic, data-driven roadmaps.

Data Solution Design & Execution

• a) Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to outline optimization product strategies and design predictive or prescriptive models.
• b) Assume responsibility for the complete deployment process—encapsulating models in reproducible pipelines, supervising validation, and monitoring real-time performance.
• c) Develop data analysis capabilities using the latest AI technologies or tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Governance & Prompt Engineering Skills

• a) Work with Data Engineering and IT to guarantee smooth data ingestion, quality control measures, and adherence to governance standards.
• b) Proficient in utilizing and optimizing prompts for GenAI models to achieve superior results.
