Data and AI Engineer

• Engage actively in the delivery of projects by comprehending business requirements related to Data & AI scenarios, while providing technical solutions that facilitate business realization through Data & AI engineering.
• Work collaboratively with a global team to ensure the smooth operation of the data platform across both PRC and ROW regions.
• Consistently investigate new technologies and solutions to enhance the successful delivery of Data & AI projects.
• Assist in go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by partnering with the AP sales team in a pre-sales capacity to identify viable business opportunities and transform them into contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML projects.
• Demonstrated capability to take ownership and responsibility for delivering AI/ML solutions from inception to completion.
• Extensive experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Skilled in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java.
• Comprehensive understanding of Data & AI methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
• Certification in Databricks, AI, or a related field is an advantage.
