Data Analyst

This position involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to facilitate informed decision-making and deliver valuable insights to the organization. The role also aids the Tech Marketing Engineer in making data-informed choices, refining processes, and reaching strategic goals. By employing statistical and analytical techniques, the position explores data, uncovers trends, patterns, and anomalies, and derives actionable insights.

Responsibilities: 

• Conducts data collection and analysis procedures in alignment with project plans, and creates data insight visualizations for assigned initiatives. 
• Gathers, documents, and evaluates data following established protocols; presents findings to the TME for assessment and feedback. 
• Develops actionable insights through comprehensive analysis of metrics like Star Rating and NPS, calls, and returns to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Applies advanced analytical techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. 
• Independently addresses moderate scope challenges, utilizing professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving issues in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating competence. 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related area; candidates with an advanced degree and limited experience will also be considered. 
• Certification in Programming Languages (SQL, Python, or similar).
