Responsibilities

Data Analysis & SQL Proficiency Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to identify trends; translate business requirements into data-driven solutions; perform root cause analysis; optimize complex SQL queries; and build data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards (e.g., Looker) and effectively communicate findings using visualizations and data storytelling.

Bachelors/Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years in Data Analytics.

Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency.

Excellent analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong experience with data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) is an added advantage.

Experience in Payments Domain is an added advantage.
