Business analyst - Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Preferred Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating the ability to collaborate closely with both business partners and technology teams on a daily basis to define capabilities and participate throughout the build process.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally within Risk Compliance, AML, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Trade Surveillance, Operational Risk, and Credit Risk.
• At least 4 years of expertise in developing requirement specifications grounded in Architecture Design, alongside detailing processes.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in gathering requirements for both internal and external consulting, along with documenting and mapping current business processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in developing, configuring, evaluating, validating, and deploying solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, focusing on requirements analysis, elicitation, and Agile Methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and articulation skills, capable of delivering presentations to senior leadership and managing effective communication between business partners and technology teams.
• Strong planning and coordination capabilities.
• Experience in project management.
• A willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Experience in SQL and PLSQL.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore, or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Experience in Capital Markets, regulatory reporting, Equities, Derivatives, and AML.
• Experience in Trade Surveillance, Data Analysis, SQL, BRD, and FSD.
