Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong logistics domain expertise to drive digital transformation product enhancement initiatives, process improvement, and application delivery for a logistics client’s programs.
• The ideal candidate will engage business stakeholders, understand complex logistics workflows, translate business needs into functional requirements, support Agile delivery, and collaborate with technology, UX, operations, testing, and client teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, including operations, customer service, sales, billing, procurement, and technology teams, to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Perform in-depth requirement gathering for logistics processes including shipment booking, tendering, routing guide, spot bidding, order consolidation, multi stop shipment creation, multi commodity orders, pickup operations, account creation, and account updates.
• Have familiarity with AI tools and techniques to support research, requirements discovery, and business analysis.
• Use AI to produce requirements artifacts such as user stories, process workflow diagrams, use cases, and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrate strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to craft effective prompts that improve productivity and enhance analysis outcomes.
• Assess current state logistics workflows and define future state business processes for transportation and supply chain systems.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation.
• Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, story clarification, UAT coordination, defect triage, and BA sign-off activities within Agile Scrum delivery environments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create functional prototypes and validate business scenarios with end users and client stakeholders.
• Support the development and enhancement of logistics applications, including transportation management systems, customer portals, pricing workflows, and shipment booking platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical business and operational improvements.
• Deliver demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions for different user groups.
