Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure and building development projects from feasibility assessments through to project handover
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and governance processes
• Engage with architects, engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Convert operational and business goals into actionable infrastructure and development solutions
• Manage tendering processes, contract administration, procurement, and construction oversight
• Guarantee compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, project timelines, and budget constraints
• Promote the integration of smart technologies, digital solutions, and sustainability practices across all projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure planning, project development, construction management, or capital project execution
• Extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, transportation, logistics, or development projects
• Robust understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to oversee external consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent analytical, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
