• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and facilitate their implementation to achieve client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• You will organize configuration activities, set up the product according to the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any queries regarding requirements and solution design.
• Your role will include delivering product demonstrations, conducting Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints and adhere to the organization's financial policies.
• You will lead small-scale projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-driven solutions for clients.

Key Duties:

• You will manage the complete implementation of Celonis, SAP Signavio, MS Power Automate, Process Mining, AssistEdge Discover, and Pega Process Mining projects across various clients.
• Your efforts will empower clients to achieve substantial business outcomes and return on investment (ROI) through insights gleaned from process and task mining.
• You will work closely with process owners and technical teams at each client to comprehend their goals, objectives, and requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• You will plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines and activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets client expectations.
• You will collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate the process mining application with the client’s source systems.
• You will assist in extracting and transforming client data for loading into the process mining application.
• You will design tailored process dashboards, analyses, and reports.
• You will coordinate with Technical Engineers to implement the task mining application across the client’s organization and users.
• You will facilitate data capture of user tasks and load this into the task mining application.
• You will analyze task mining results and create dashboards and reports.
• You will present implementation outcomes to Infosys and client leadership.
• You will lead and organize workshops for clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• Core expertise in Celonis
• You possess 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Optimization Initiatives, Technology Consulting, or software service implementations.
• You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, particularly in applying technology solutions to fundamental business challenges.
• Functional knowledge of SAP processes such as P2P, O2C, AP, AR, etc., will be advantageous.
• You have a foundational understanding of SQL and experience in process visualization.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate solutions effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You will mentor junior data engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• You will create and maintain detailed documentation for data models, processes, and systems to enhance knowledge sharing.
