Job Overview:

• Your main responsibility will be to serve as a Technical Trainer.
• You will engage significantly in delivering client training sessions to Finacle Clients Partners and collaborate closely with the Implementation team.
• This position entails working on the technical facets of the Finacle Treasury application, as well as establishing and managing the Finacle environments for Functional Trainings.
• Your role will also encompass the creation of various training materials such as eLearning courses, digital manuals, micro-learning videos, and more.
• You will be expected to prepare your team to effectively conduct the training programs.
• This includes planning and executing knowledge transfer sessions.
• You will be responsible for the timely resolution of vulnerabilities within the training infrastructure.

Technical Qualifications:

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to mentor and empower teams.
• Fundamental knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, and SQL Oracle.
• Robust understanding of RDBMS principles.
• Willingness to undertake frequent short-term travel of up to 30 days to client sites both domestically and internationally.
• Experience with the deployment and debugging of Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with software containerization platforms such as Docker and container orchestration tools including Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Prior experience in customizing the Finacle Treasury Application.
