Fenergo Lead-Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Fenergo Lead – Senior Developer to own end-to-end design, development, configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of client onboarding and regulatory compliance solutions built on the Fenergo platform.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience delivering Fenergo implementations, working with Oracle databases, building applications in C#, and applying DevOps practices. This role combines technical leadership with solution architecture, enterprise integration expertise, and the delivery of scalable, secure, high-quality banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation of Fenergo modules, including KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM).
2. Drive end-to-end delivery across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
3. Define and implement coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
4. Integrate Fenergo with Oracle databases, core banking systems, ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
5. Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions, including schema design, PL/SQL development, and performance tuning.
6. Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
7. Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, security hardening, and platform optimization.
8. Lead incident management, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Serve as the primary technical contact for Fenergo vendor escalations, patches, upgrades, and new releases.
10. Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
11. Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators on Fenergo, Oracle, and DevOps technologies.
12. Create technical documentation, solution designs, test plans, release notes, and operational runbooks.
13. Attend governance meetings and provide project updates, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
14. Use Generative AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and improve delivery efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• 9–12 years of hands-on experience in Fenergo development, configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong experience in Fenergo KYC, AML, and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Expertise in C# development.
• Strong Oracle Database experience (11g/12c/19c).
• PL/SQL development, database schema design, performance tuning, and data replication.
• Fenergo APIs, Workflow Engine, and Data Model.
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, BPMN, and ESB/MuleSoft.
• Event-Driven Architecture and enterprise application integration.
• Oracle database integration with banking and enterprise applications.
• DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, SonarQube, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
• Automated testing, unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• JUnit, Karate, and JMeter.
• GDPR, KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, encryption, role-based access control, and audit trails.
• Generative AI tools.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Scheduling tools, requirement management, and defect tracking tools.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
