Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Admin who has strong expertise across SAP HCM modules, employee data management, HR reporting, and the creation of dashboards. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in system administration, support for HR operations, report generation, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Own employee master data administration and provide support for HR processes.
• Create, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Build workforce analytics and management dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and provide insights derived from HR data.
• Ensure data quality by monitoring, validating data, and maintaining system accuracy.
• Manage user access, authorizations, and security roles.
• Support HR tickets and incidents using ServiceNow or comparable ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and fulfill reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and documentation for SAP HCM processes.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Module.
• Strong hands-on experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience in HR reporting, dashboard creation, and workforce analytics.
• Good knowledge of HR data management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience in creating MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM authorizations and user administration.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Exposure to SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Query, SAP Reports, and Analytics tools.
• Experience in HR analytics and KPI reporting.
