Core Responsibilities:

• Champion automation-first testing by pinpointing high-value regression areas and collaborating with automation teams to develop scalable test suites.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, mitigate risks, resolve defects, and confirm release readiness.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics such as defect density, coverage, escape defects, and execution progress, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Agile or hybrid methodologies, actively participating in sprint ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines from a quality perspective.
• Capability to convert intricate billing and business rules into effective positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality status, risks, and dependencies to both business and technical leaders.
