• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main objective will be to delve deep into customer challenges, identify problematic areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate successful implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design process.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, setting up the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will perform solution product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial standards.
• Take the lead on small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to our clients.
