Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Firmware Developer with deep expertise in C++ and embedded systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of firmware for embedded devices, including designing, developing, testing, debugging, and optimizing. This role focuses on delivering high performance, strong reliability, and effective hardware-software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using C and C++.
• Build low-level drivers, hardware interfaces, and firmware modules for embedded systems.
• Work with microcontrollers, processors, and peripheral interfaces.
• Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and USB.
• Evaluate hardware-software integration challenges and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Improve firmware efficiency for memory usage, performance, power consumption, and real-time responsiveness.
• Partner with hardware, systems, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Carry out unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and firmware validation.
• Utilize debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD interfaces.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
