Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Buyer, Procurement, or similar roles
• Familiarity with SAP, inventory management, and production principles is essential
• Experience with direct materials will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee direct purchasing activities, including spare parts, with a solid understanding of the products and related tools
• Access detailed drawings and specifications associated with part numbers to relay information to suppliers
• Utilize SAP for daily operations, creating purchase orders based on supplier lead times and approved pricing, while providing updated drawings and BOMs to suppliers
• Manage delivery schedules for suppliers and ensure timely updates within SAP
• Handle order management, supplier delivery tracking procedures, ECN implementation, FAI processes, and follow up on outstanding GR & IR
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to recommend new suppliers and enhance purchasing processes alongside manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize inventory management
