Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will design and deliver impactful business transformation solutions for clients. You will use deep expertise in industry trends, market direction, and competitive landscape dynamics to create strategic plans for clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop Strategic Plans: Create detailed transformation recommendations to close client performance gaps, establishing a PLM strategy that reflects competitive and market forces.
• Implement Solutions: Support clients in choosing, implementing, and maintaining PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault, to meet expected business outcomes.
• Analyze Client Performance: Determine the strategic capabilities required to establish and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage by evaluating client performance gaps and proposing recommendations to address them.
• Collaborate with Clients: Partner with clients to understand their needs, developing a customized PLM strategy aligned to their business goals.
• Deliver Transformation: Use consulting expertise, business understanding, and packaged solution knowledge to integrate packaged technologies into the client’s business environment effectively.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to IoT and PLM Domains: Experience applying IoT and Product Lifecycle Management concepts, technologies, and industry trends to develop strategic plans for clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to support business transformation solutions.
• PLM Systems Expertise: Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
• Consulting Skills: Experience using consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to incorporate technology into client business environments.
• Business Transformation: Experience creating comprehensive transformation recommendations that address client performance gaps and deliver business results.

• Exposure to Dassault Application Portfolio: Experience working with the Dassault application portfolio, including implementation and support, to effectively integrate packaged technology into client business environments.

• Understanding of Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience leveraging packaged solution expertise to integrate technology into client business environments and achieve client expected business results.
