Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Payroll, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement HR technology solutions that establish essential business capabilities and facilitate strategic initiatives and operational enhancements. You will deliver expert consulting services, steering clients through the implementation journey.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Deploy Solutions: Create and implement HR technology solutions, specifically focusing on Employee Central Payroll functionalities such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, to fulfill client requirements and enhance business capabilities.
• Provide Expert Consulting: Offer professional consulting services to clients, guiding them through the implementation process to ensure a seamless transition.
• Analyze Requirements: Perform thorough requirements analysis to determine client needs and devise solutions that address those needs.
• Configure and Implement: Set up and execute Employee Central Payroll functions, which include both internal and external ECP integrations.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions, providing support to guarantee a smooth transition.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) is essential, including familiarity with key features like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
• SAP Payroll Module Knowledge: A solid background in the SAP Payroll Module is required, with a comprehensive understanding of internal and external ECP integrations.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience: Relevant expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central is necessary, emphasizing the design and deployment of HR technology solutions.
• Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Proven experience in requirements analysis and solution design for Employee Central Payroll functions is essential, including crafting solutions tailored to client needs.
