Business Analyst Workflow Automation Systems (K2/Outsystems)

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·      A minimum of 4-8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst is required.

·      Proven expertise in Requirement Gathering, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and overseeing System Go-live, demonstrating proficiency in end-to-end implementation.

·      At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workflow and Process Automation utilizing K2, OutSystems, or similar platforms.

·      Experience specifically with OutSystems Workflow automation is highly desirable.

·      Strong capability to independently gather user requirements while effectively managing users, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders.

·      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
