Business Analyst- SAP

Primary Duties:

• Examine business workflows to uncover opportunities for enhancement through SAP solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect, verify, and document comprehensive business and functional specifications.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP systems.
• Create and update documentation related to workflows, processes, and system modifications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration across various SAP modules.
• Diagnose and address SAP application issues promptly.
• Provide training and assistance to end-users to foster system utilization and efficiency.
• Oversee SAP system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
