Barista (Full-Time)

Primary Purpose:

In the role of Barista, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, responding to their inquiries, processing orders and payments, as well as preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages. Additionally, you will ensure that the workspace and dining areas are clean and well-stocked, update promotional displays, and continuously enhance your understanding of food and beverage quality standards, preparation techniques, and presentation skills.

• Greet customers, provide information about specials or new products, respond to inquiries, and manage orders and payments.
• Craft beverages, which includes grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both work and dining areas, including disposing of trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Refresh signage and displays to entice customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish items in display cases, tables, or behind the counter.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and quality control measures.
