Associate Business Analyst

Primary Duties:

• Install, configure, and oversee Cisco SD WAN infrastructure
• Assess SD WAN network performance to ensure optimal uptime
• Set up and resolve issues with routing protocols including BGP and OSPF
• Administer vManage, vSmart, and vBond controllers
• Apply WAN optimization techniques and traffic engineering strategies
• Diagnose connectivity delays and application performance challenges
• Maintain network security through segmentation, VPNs, and policy enforcement
• Execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks
• Partner with network security and cloud teams to ensure effective connectivity
• Develop and update network documentation and operational workflows

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise in Network technologies, particularly CISCO solutions, SDN, NFV, and Software Defined WAN (SDWAN)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Network technologies with a focus on CISCO systems
• Experience in SDN-NFV and Software Defined WAN (SDWAN)
