SAC Planning and Reporting Consultant

• As a vital member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to delve deeply into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to the solution design process
• Your role includes planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries regarding requirements and solution design
• You will be responsible for delivering solution product demonstrations, conducting Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with the client's budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial standards
• Lead small-scale projects while actively participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of Financial Planning processes, including Revenue Planning, Product Cost Planning, Profitability Planning, Workforce Planning, Opex Planning, Capex Planning, P&L Planning, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Planning, along with knowledge of cross-process and information integration across various planning methodologies
• A minimum of 2-3 complete project lifecycles in SAP Planning technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BPC (BPC Standard or Embedded) in any of the following versions: 10.1, 11.0, 11.1, or 2021
• At least 6-12 months of hands-on experience with SAC Planning implementations
• Strong expertise in integrating SAP Analytics Cloud with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Native HANA, DWC, Import, and Write-back
• Practical experience with SAC Planning, including data modeling, dataset preparation, merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculations, grouping, value formatting, data wrangling, and familiarity with core SAP Analytics Cloud planning features like Predictive Planning

• Capability to formulate value-driven strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance business profitability
• Solid knowledge of software configuration management systems
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, complemented by effective collaboration skills
• Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available
• Ability to evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions
• Knowledge in one or two industry domains
• Strong client interfacing skills
