AI Automation Engineer

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a proactive AI Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the development and deployment of production-ready AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise RAG pipelines. In this role, you will connect advanced LLM capabilities with essential business systems, converting raw AI models into secure and scalable automation solutions.

Primary Duties

• Create AI Agents & RAG: Design intelligent agents equipped with memory, tool integration, and multi-step reasoning capabilities. Construct and manage RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases.
• Develop Workflows: Build, self-host, and enhance intricate end-to-end automations and custom nodes using n8n.
• Integrate & Expand: Create reusable AI microservices and seamlessly integrate them into enterprise systems through REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication methods.
• Enhance & Support: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement scalable solutions, troubleshoot workflows, and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, Linux CLI environments, and REST API integrations (OAuth, API keys).
• AI & Automation Technology: Hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted), Claude Code, vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma), Hugging Face, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• AI Knowledge: Thorough understanding of embeddings, tokenization, model inference, and fine-tuning principles.
• Approach: Excellent analytical and debugging abilities with a focus on developing practical, production-ready AI tools.
