Account Payable (AP) Team Lead

• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure timely settlement of payments
• Address vendor inquiries and manage payment-related issues
• Review the posting of fixed payment vouchers in SAP
• Conduct vendor statement reconciliations
• Authenticate expense reports
• Prepare for quarterly and year-end financial closings
• Support the audit process
• Compile and uphold a list of prepayments and accruals
• Execute account analysis and organize a monthly documentation binder for all relevant accounts

Job Requirements

• Applicants must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of accounting experience is preferred for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Experience in managing marketing funds is an advantageous asset for the role.
