Vice President, Supply Chain Financing Sales

Job Purpose :

• The Supply Chain Financing (SCF) role is critical in establishing SCF capabilities, supervising, and directing significant projects within the SCF sector.
• Primary duties involve executing strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of projects to develop SCF capabilities.

Financial

• Increase revenue from SCF to 15% of the total Trade Income within 5 years.
• Meet annual Balance Sheet and Income targets.
• Reduce the number of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

Customer (Internal And/Or External)

• Forge partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.
• Enhance the customer pipeline and collaborate with Relationship Managers to forecast income.
• Monitor the adoption rate of suppliers and buyers on the SCF Platform.
• Improve onboarding efficiency for customers (anchors and counterparties) – reduction in turnaround time (TAT).
• Elevate the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) – ensuring customer contentment with SCF services.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, particularly in Supply Chain Financing and Structured Trade.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain financing products, processes, and industry trends.
• At least 5 years of experience with pertinent financial systems and technologies utilized in SCF.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional project teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning – formulating SCF strategies to align with the Bank's overarching objectives.
• Robust networking capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of risk and compliance considerations relevant to the banking and SCF business.
