UX Researcher and Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX Researcher and Designer to join a fast-growing health technology company dedicated to improving healthcare through data and digital experiences across Asia. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys tackling complex user challenges, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and leads research-led product design that creates meaningful value for both users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to align on business goals, user needs, and success metrics.
• Carry out UX research, usability testing, workshops, market research, and validation activities to guide design decisions; translate research findings, user feedback, and product objectives into clear, user-centered design solutions.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative insights, analytics, and behavioral data to continuously enhance user experiences.
• Join discovery efforts to identify customer needs, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities.
• Create end-to-end user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences for digital products.
• Ensure solutions meet user needs while accounting for technical constraints, scalability, and business requirements.
• Turn complex healthcare and data-driven workflows into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Clearly present design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Use systems thinking to maintain consistency across products, platforms, and touchpoints.
• Enable experimentation and innovation through prototyping, testing, and rapid design exploration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via workshops, research sessions, and product discovery initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted design tools responsibly to support ideation, exploration, and iterative design development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX Research and Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and end-to-end product design execution.
• Experience designing complex digital products, including user journeys, workflows, and data-intensive experiences.

·       Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and evidence-based design validation.

• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; familiarity with Miro, Storybook, Jira, Confluence, Claude, VS Code, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Good data literacy and confidence working with dashboards, metrics, visualizations, and analytical insights.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and front-end design considerations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to simplify ambiguity and convert complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
