Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous professional with expertise in Trade Support, Cash Reconciliation, and Transaction Processing. The successful candidate will possess a foundational knowledge of Alternative Investments, Equity Funds, and Hedge Funds, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. This position entails overseeing trade operations, cash management, settlements, reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to operational controls.

Primary Duties

• Execute trade capture and transaction processing functions.
• Oversee cash reconciliation and cash management operations.
• Facilitate trade settlements and bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform reconciliations and control checks to verify data integrity.
• Address operational inquiries and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with audit, regulatory, and compliance initiatives.
• Sustain operational controls and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Track and investigate reconciliation discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in fund operations, investment banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation software.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
