OPERATIONS MANAGER – HEALTH CARE DIVISION

An MEA Licensed Overseas Recruiting Agency, boasting over 40 years of expertise in international recruitment, is seeking candidates for the role of Operations Manager – Health Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow new international recruitment initiatives, focusing on Japan, especially in the healthcare and caregiver sectors for global markets.
• Create candidate sourcing strategies in India, collaborate with Japanese language and third-party skill-training organizations, and develop in-house training facilities.
• Engage with Embassies, Consulates, and relevant authorities to navigate employment opportunities, visa processes, and recruitment standards.
• Oversee client interactions, proposals, and recruitment projects, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Forge relationships and strategic partnerships with international employers, recruitment collaborators, and educational institutions.
• Travel domestically and internationally to implement pilot projects for healthcare recruitment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of operational experience in healthcare administration, management, and recruitment.
• Prior experience with an overseas recruitment agency is advantageous.
• Graduates with relevant qualifications in healthcare management.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Age: 30 years and above.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
