Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to join our hospital in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards specific to the healthcare sector.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to aid strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring prompt and accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance and implement effective cost-control strategies.
• Develop and deliver financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
