Technical Lead (.NET / Java / React)

Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead software development projects while overseeing a team of engineers to create scalable, high-quality applications. In this role, you will deliver technical leadership, outline solution architecture, and steer the team through Agile development methodologies, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide a team of software engineers throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Offer technical leadership, solution design expertise, and architectural direction.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum delivery to guarantee timely project completion.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering engineering best practices and a culture of continuous learning.
• Assess system architecture, application design, and code quality.
• Promote DevOps adoption, implement CI/CD practices, and enhance software delivery processes.
• Investigate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development where applicable.
• Maintain high standards for software quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of five or more software engineers.
• Extensive experience in delivering projects utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in software architecture and solution design.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC tools is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
